Shipping 

We offer Canada wide shipping, with a flat rate of $20 to most locations. We aim to process all orders for shipping within two business days of receiving the order (please allow additional time for actual delivery of the parcel, which will vary depending on your location). Most orders ship in recycled packaging. 

Please ensure the mailing address is correct! It is not possible to edit the address once it has been submitted to the carrier. 

Letter mail shipping is not offered at this time.  

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to select postal codes within HRM via Haligone. There is a fee for the service based on distance from the shop ($9-$20).  

Holiday Shipping - We will continue to ship out orders until Dec 22nd (we do not guarantee arrival before the 25th). Shipping will be paused from December 23rd to January 4th. Our team wishes you a season of warmth and whimsy!

Orders are typically delivered Tuesday to Friday between 2pm-6pm. Please include detailed instructions on where to leave packages with your order.  Local delivery is not offered on weekends. 

A confirmation email will be sent when your order is on it's way!

Local Order Pick Up

You'll receive confirmation with pick up instructions once your order is prepared. Same day pick up is NOT typically available on weekends due to the volume of in-store customers; Orders placed Friday at 5pm through Monday evening will be ready for pick up on Tuesdays. 

Please wait for confirmation before arriving to pick up your order to avoid disappointment. If you don't receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours please check your junk mail or contact us. 

Pick Up Times - Please refer to confirmation email for details. The shop is typically open Tuesday to Friday from 10-5, Saturday from 10-4 and Sunday from 11-3. Please check our social media for holiday hours.
